Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

YeYu AI provides AI character card aggregation, conversation, creation and cross-device sync. Registering means you confirm being at least 13 years old, having the legal capacity to enter contracts, and agreeing to these Terms in full.

2. Accounts

• Provide truthful registration information and keep credentials safe
• Accounts are for personal use — no transfer, rent or sharing
• Losses caused by leaked credentials are the user's responsibility
• Contact Technical Support immediately if anomalies appear

3. Conduct

While using the platform you must not:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations or public order
• Publish or distribute pornographic, violent, terrorist, discriminatory or politically sensitive content
• Infringe others' intellectual property, privacy or reputation rights
• Use scrapers, automation or scripts to abuse the API
• Decompile, attack, crack or otherwise penetrate the platform

4. Content Rules

Cards, dialogue and images you publish must follow community standards:

• Be primarily original; cite or licence third-party works appropriately
• No content unsuitable for minors
• No fraud, manipulation or commercial advertising
• The platform may take down, throttle or remove content that violates the rules

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's interface, logo, copy, UI design and underlying technology are the property of YeYu AI. Original cards, world settings and dialogue created by users belong to their authors; publication grants the platform a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and derive within the scope of these Terms. 6. Billing & Refunds

• Member benefits are described live in the membership centre
• Auto-renewal can be cancelled in Account → Orders, effective next cycle
• Subscriptions unused within 7 days are refundable in one click
• Quotas already consumed (chats, model calls) are generally non-refundable

7. Suspension & Termination

Material violations may result in warnings, throttling, bans or permanent termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action. You may request account deletion at any time; deletion permanently removes all associated data.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeYu AI is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures or third-party outages. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

9. Changes

These Terms may change due to product or legal updates. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

The interpretation, validity and disputes of these Terms are governed by the laws of the platform's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be settled by friendly negotiation; failing that, they will be submitted to a competent court.
