Our team operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (UTC+8). Tickets submitted during business hours are typically acknowledged within 4 hours.
- General enquiries: replied within 24 working hours
- Urgent tickets (account locked / payment failed / security incidents): 4-hour priority response
- Tickets submitted outside business hours are prioritised on the next working day
Self-Troubleshooting
Most common issues can be resolved with these quick checks:
Cannot log in
- Clear browser cache or try a different browser
- Confirm credentials, use "Forgot password" if needed
- Disable VPN or proxy that may be interfering
Chat is unresponsive
- Refresh the page and check your network
- Switch to another available model
- Try an incognito window to rule out extension conflicts
Payment failed
- Verify card balance, limits and details
- Retry once or use an alternate payment method
- If it persists, file a ticket with the transaction ID
