  • General enquiries: replied within 24 working hours
  • Urgent tickets (account locked / payment failed / security incidents): 4-hour priority response
  • Tickets submitted outside business hours are prioritised on the next working day

Self-Troubleshooting

Most common issues can be resolved with these quick checks:

Cannot log in

  • Clear browser cache or try a different browser
  • Confirm credentials, use "Forgot password" if needed
  • Disable VPN or proxy that may be interfering

Chat is unresponsive

  • Refresh the page and check your network
  • Switch to another available model
  • Try an incognito window to rule out extension conflicts

Payment failed

  • Verify card balance, limits and details
  • Retry once or use an alternate payment method
  • If it persists, file a ticket with the transaction ID
