How to write great feedback
- Mention device, OS and browser version
- Provide repro steps: 1) … 2) … 3) …
- Describe expected vs actual behaviour
- Attach screenshots or screen recordings via cloud links if possible
- Stay constructive — structured descriptions are faster to act on

- Feedback enters our ticket system with a category
- Customer success triages and asks for details (within 24h)
- Product / engineering teams scope and propose a fix
- Releases land in our roadmap and are announced in the changelog
- Adopted suggestions earn an official thank-you
