Feedback Types

Pick the type that fits best so we can route your feedback quickly:

  • Bug report: feature failures, page errors, data loss
  • Experience improvement: rough interactions, unclear copy, friction in flows
  • Feature request: capabilities or scenarios you'd love to see
  • Content report: rule-breaking cards, inappropriate content, suspected infringement
  • Billing question: subscriptions, refunds, invoices

How to write great feedback

  • Mention device, OS and browser version
  • Provide repro steps: 1) … 2) … 3) …
  • Describe expected vs actual behaviour
  • Attach screenshots or screen recordings via cloud links if possible
  • Stay constructive — structured descriptions are faster to act on

Process

  1. Feedback enters our ticket system with a category
  2. Customer success triages and asks for details (within 24h)
  3. Product / engineering teams scope and propose a fix
  4. Releases land in our roadmap and are announced in the changelog
  5. Adopted suggestions earn an official thank-you
